Cancellations made 48 hours or more before an appointment will incur no penalty. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. 

No-shows will be charged the full-service fee. 

Exceptions may be made for emergencies.

Yes, 1/2 price for children 5-11 years old. Full price 12 and older

No, unfortunately we do not provide carseats for our experiences.

While gratiuty is not included in your tour cost, you are more than welcome to tip staff.
